Support Finder (internal)

Often at the end of a call, a Lifeline volunteer will offer a list of services to the caller for them to seek further support. On the Support Finder platform, Volunteers can search for these services, drag and drop them into a plan, then email, SMS or share the plans link with the caller.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the first tech spike in upgrading to Next 14.
  • Ensuring that the new UI build is robust and upholds the integrity of the figma designs.
  • Creating API’s to integrate with Sanity, Twilio, Rebrandly and SendGrid.
    Updating and maintaining GTM tracking.
  • Building components in Storybook JS to construct a reusable Design Library for Lifeline.
