Call Centre Flex 2 Migration (internal)

SANE provides a free call counselling service for people dealing with mental health issues. Shun worked with the Colossal Engineering team to migrate their existing solution to Twilio Flex 2 and was heavily involved in reimagining their UI to help call agents have a more streamlined experience.
